Irises, Two-toned Irises

 Wish these annuals lasted longer...the two toned are so pretty !

 On the dial next to manual is "effects" which gives a washed out comic effect.

 WHY would this be a way to take a photograph  NEXT to manual mode!$#? Pale washed out? You have to reduce brightness a lot to see below?

When switching to different settings it's easy to bump this the wrong direction. HORRIBLE idea Nikon. Nobody ever mention this in the comment sections before I bough the D3300....(Pay attention, Sophia)

Neighbor got a new Puppy!

Neighbors got a puppy to keep their other dog company. Quick casual photo op. Not planned and sun was harsh. Still, puppies are cute, right?

really need to tone the color down here but will rought up later....I loved the burst of two shades of pink from the shadow he made as the sun hit him and seeing the brown hair on his withers.

Bright sun really washed out my arm as I took this with one hand! Work fast. so I did a B andW and color version.

Beautiful Birds: Peacocks

Varnau's Nursery is closing but I got there and found Peacocks walking around like they owned the place.

 Peahen, female.

 It was a very windy day so I did not get a good photo when he showed off.

 As he turned to shake his tail feathers, a gust of wind almost blew him over but he recovered. The peahen next to him remained unflappable.
