More Eagles and Eaglets

Some of the flying with nesting material and fish are blurry. Always work to be done when you are parents.

The little eaglets are so cute and fuzzy. They will grow up fast. The creek pic is below and to the left of the nest...view from my lawn chair as I look straight out.

This is zoomed with a 300mm telephoto..so you need binocs or strong telephoto or 60 or 83x zoom camera to see the nest well.

Brookville Eagles

Missed the action flights but got a couple glimpses of the baby eaglets..we think there are two.

Birds in SW Ohio

Redwinged black birds, robin, towhee and yellow-bellied sap sucker.

The Great Blue Heron Rookery!

Great blue herons and the black birds are Double-crested  cormorants.

The nests are .2 of a mile from where i was standing...need to walk around the park to get closer to these guys. Only had the Coolpix610 so flying bird photos are blurry...but the light was great, the sounds magical...red winged blackbirds singing and kvetching.
